advertised in a popular TikTok trend. Megan Thee Stallion was part of the
marketing for this movie. Venom Last Dance included sneak peeks and people
wanted more after the success of the last movie. The fans were biting at the chance
to watch Tom Hardy’s chaotic performance as Venom. The production process of
this film consisted of heavily relied on motion capture technology to animate
Venom, utilizing a combination of practical effects and extensive CGI to create
the character's movements and interactions, with a focus on capturing natural
performances through detailed motion capture sessions. Also, Sony used previous
scenes from past Venom films to produce a similar feel and included additional iridescent layer to the surface. This created
better lighting and a smoother look for the film.
Furthermore, Media theories in this
movie include Audience theory, Representation theories and Narrative structure.
Audience theories include the following: this media appeals to its audience of
teens or adults by having heavy action, lighthearted comedy, and a sad ending.
The lesson is that it’s okay to
let friends go. Representation theory is Eddie Brock is the main character
showcasing internal struggles with the symbiote. Venom is a chaotic character that
is an alien with a twisted sense of humor. There aren’t
any major stereotypical characters in this movie. Lastly the Narrative structures
are: This movie is told from the perspective of Eddie Brock. Eddie plays the
role of a hero but has a symbiotic parasite inside him that essentially acts as
a dual personality role
In addition, this film used
cross-media convergence by bringing comics that had been previously produced where
brought over to studio and produced as high-quality realistic movies for people
to watch. They brought iconic concepts like Knull, or the way Eddie got the
symbiote, then they go on to have multiple adventures saving the world by
working together and fighting forces of evil. Technical elements in Venom the
last dance include high quality cameras for filming,
and motion capture suits to make movements like running swimming or climbing
more realistic. They also used CGI effects to include the aliens like the
symbiotes and the Xenomorphs. CGI was also used to render explosions and other
things that are either unsafe or not real to film. Sony pictures took the lead

this film for the public.

film alone got views of around 400 million in just two days. On Rotten Tomatoes
the film received a 41% on the Tomato meter from critics. While these ratings
may portray Venom the Last Dance as a failed film this is quite the opposite,
since the target audience (ages 13-25 of all genders and enjoyers of action
films) appreciated this film. This is because there's a built-up series of
Venom films, the comedy included in the film, and the great acting done by the
cast. For example, the audience ratings for the film Rotten Tomatoes are 80%
called the Popcorn meter, compared to 41% from critics. There were some
challenges that came postproduction like people describing the film as an
inconsistent plot, half-baked villains, and a rushed story, but these were from
critics. This is the opposite of what the target audience perceived the film
as. Venom Last Dance was a sensation worldwide with the brilliant marketing,
clever humor and the Spider-man name this movie was bound to succeed.
